Principal Criminal Lawyer

Jeremy is a Penrith local who had a career in the Australian Defence Force. He then moved onto study Law and has been practising as a prosecutor and criminal defence lawyer for more than 10 years.

Jeremy’s service in the Royal Australian Armoured Corp instilled in him the discipline and tenacity which he now brings to his role representing clients appearing before the courts.

While studying law, Jeremy volunteered with the North Australian Aboriginal Justice Agency. This experience is what motivated him to work in the field of criminal law. After qualifying as a solicitor, he worked for the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions and later Legal Aid NSW.

Jeremy describes his professional attributes as tenacious, diligent and patient.

Clare is responsible for overseeing the firm’s day-to-day operations ensuring we deliver a high-quality experience and strong results for all clients.

Clare is well qualified for her position having completed a Bachelor of Communications and a Graduate Diploma in Psychology. Clare has also undertaken her Mental Health First Aid accreditation.

Clare’s passion for her role stems from her career as a former television news journalist in Sydney, Canberra, Coffs Harbour, Alice Springs and Darwin. 

Clare brings a high level of empathy, care, and professional experience to Penrith Lawyers.
